Mission – LAKE COUNTY RESPONDS FOR VETERANS (LCRFV) assists Veterans and their families in need, especially those with low and moderate income, by raising donations of money, building materials, and professional labor, and coordinating the process of repairing, building, and donating homes. Lake County Responds For Veterans is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that provides services to Veterans in need and those in crisis.

All applications for assistance are vetted by the LCRFV veterans committee on an income and “needs” basis.

If you know Veterans that need help with their homes in Lake County, Illinois, please let us know!

Use our website to help yourself, as a veteran, or to help others. We offer local help for local Veterans as a community service.
